Part Time PR Assistant
$15-25 USD / hora
Hello, I’m looking for a reliable, organized and detail-oriented assistant with some experience in pitching to the U.S media (mostly online publications, magazines & podcasts). Preferably with experience in the mental health and wellness field.
Here a description of the tasks:
1. Research and fill out database of media outlets (growing the database will be a collaborative effort between us.)
2. Actively send customized pitches & send media kit to outlets (pitch outline template + email access provided).
3. Follow up with contacts via email (or phone call if necessary).
4. When you get a confirmed booking I’ll take care of the scheduling!
*working hours - 2-3 hours per week
*Media outlet locations: Emphasis on the US but international media outlets are fine as well.
* Please note, I live in the U.S. now and not the UAE as my profile says.
