Fractal Break with Slope Filter

Hello, I need to modify my indicator. It's a fractal break in a direction of a Slope Direction Line and currently it's giving alerts on a fractal touch rather then a break which leads to a lot of fake outs. So I would like to modify it that in order to break the fractal in a direction of a Slope trend, 2 consecutive candles would have to close above/below that given fractal and alert would be triggered at the open of the 3rd candle in order to avoid false breaks. Please refer to the image above. Also because it's currently coded to give alerts on a fractal touch, there is an option "one alert per bar" that prevents it from multiple alerts on the same candle. Since we are going to be changing the way alerts are generated, I don't need that option anymore. Thank you.
