Commercial Planning Engineer & QS

I’m about to kick off a commercial build and need a professional who can combine solid planning-engineering skills with precise quantity surveying. My drawings are ready, the site team is gearing up, and I want a baseline programme and cost breakdown on my desk as soon as possible. You’ll develop a realistic schedule, extract and verify quantities straight from the drawings, then wrap both into clear, presentation-ready documents that management and site crews can follow. Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project—whichever you prefer—is fine as long as you deliver a traceable Gantt chart, activity coding, and auditable quantity take-offs. Because timing is critical, the first deliverables must land within days. Accuracy, responsiveness, and the ability to revise quickly as the scope firms up will decide who gets the job.
