I need a freelancer to create an mobile application that reminds you to visit a defined URL every 12 hours. Once installed the application should run as a task on your phone, should keep track of last time you visited the defined URL and add a reminder after 12 hours to go visit it again. The porpoise is to remind you to vote on a certain defined link. Requirements: - should run as a background task and should give a phone alert once you need to vote again (after 12 hours). - should be compatible with most common phone OS's - should have a user panel where to define the URL - should have a simple button 'Vote now' that once clicked should open the phone browser and go to the url.

Hello Sir, I am an android expert.I have worked with services which runs in background in our phones.I am a recognized developer from xda-developers.com.I have very good reviews on my past projects. I need some clarifications on this project before we begin. The user can be alerted by a notification in android where he/she clicks on it will open the link as you [login to view URL] this will be a web application right ? I mean for fetching the URL from your website.(which you set through control panel) ok so the process is when the user installs the application and opens the first time he/she will receive an notification about the url when he/she click it then a new alert for next (12-hours interval) is set in the background automatically and the url is opened. my doubt is that .what if the user is not clicking the notification ? next alert is only set if he click [login to view URL] ? The page where we set the URL will be a simple page with a text box and a button to set the question. I am ready to start [login to view URL] for your reply. Thanks Vivek.V
