Image Processing - Ipad App

Introduction: This is only a short summary of the project description for potential developers. The full project description as Statement of Work is confidential and will only disclosed to parties who give a professional answer to this project. Project: This project is the development of an application (App) for the Apple ipad. The App shall be able to open images from the local photo directory, camera connection kit, own App storage, HPPT or FTP locations. The photos (target for medical photos as but not only xrays) may be stored in the file formats TIFF, PNG, JPEG or DICOM. The App shall display the image and have controls as zoom, mirror, flip, rotate, scale, brightness control, contrast control, gamma curve control, histogram visualisation and adjustment. If the image contains text information in headers (e.g. EXIF, DICOM) this information shall be alternatively showed in addition to the image. The image can be stored back to the original location or to internal store of the App at the ipad. The App needs to be designed for the 1st generation ipad. It not need to support iphone and ipod. The design shall be in a way that support of the later expected ipad 2nd generation with retina display requires no or minor modification. The user interface shall be iOS alike and not fancy. The App needs to be compliant to the App Store Review Guidelines. No IP infringement accepted. Deliveries: Xcode project with all documented sources and binaries (error and warning free compilation) and project description. All product rights will be our full property after payment. Developer: We accept quotes from individuals or organisations. We expect communications skills in English and regular information exchange during the project via Email, Skype and Teamviewer. Please quote only if you have iOS development experience and own an ipad. We do not accept standard quotes without any relation to this project. Procedure: We disclose here only a summary of the project description. If you feel comfortable with the development of this App, please provide your quote with project budget, project schedule and underline your experience in the development field. Your quote this shall be understand as an indication and is not binding for you. If we think your quote is interesting from value and your written description, we will disclose the full confidential project description to you. After this you may update and decrease or increase your bid. We expect that an increase would not be more than 20% as otherwise the original quote was not serious.
