iPhone app that pushes data from simple WordPress Website (some web work)

Failure to answer these questions will force me to not consider your bid. Project We would like to build an iPhone app that displays simple data from our WordPress website. The project will need minor programming modifications to the website and mostly help building the iPhone app and submitting it to Apple. What's Already In Place: • WordPress installation and theme (theme is mobile friendly) • Test content • Plugins for scheduling posts being posted and deleted.(open for a better technology solution) • Plugin for quiz (WP-Pro-Quiz) • Plugin for form capture (forms ninja) What's Needed: • Build login that manages user's name, email, company, and password • Restrict access to WordPress page for that person's company only • Build iPhone app with login, push notification, and displaying of content from website. • Submitting app to iTunes Details Login: We need everything standard that comes with logins to websites such as sign ups, account management and password reset. The user will need to sign up with their name, email address (username), password, and company name (the company name is important so maybe this is a drop down list, or maybe the admin approves each login and connects it to the company group?) Access: If a person from ABC Company signs up, they'll only have access to posts on the /ABC-Company page. All other company pages will be invisible to them. There maybe other pages on the website that everyone will have access to such as a "Contact Us" page or a "About Us" page. I'll need the freedom to create those as needed. Post Schedules: I will send out the posts but scheduling them to post in the morning and then using a plugin, I'll delete them at night. That way, the user only has access to one post each day. This is very important. If you know of another plugin that just makes the post invisible that would be helpful. iPhone App: The iPhone app should be very simple. Basically, users will use the app to get access to the website data. The app will be the primary access point however, and not the website. The user should receive a push notification when a new post is available. It would also be nice to have a push notification reminder around 7 pm if the user hasn't accessed the app that day. App Submission: We'd like the assistance of the programmer to submit the app to iTunes for approval and distribution. Or we would appreciate coaching through it for our first times. Future This is the first step in testing our product. Once we complete Phase 1. There will be a lot more programming needs and will want someone to see through the project through several phases.
