Mobile translation app

HI, I need a developer who can help me build a new mobile application. Essentially, this mobile application will allow iPhone/smart phone users to translate any text on their phone. Currently most translation app's, require the user to first open up the translating app and then inputting the word they want translated. I want to develop an app which will run in the background of the phone, and allow the user to translate any word whilst using their phone. For example, whether the user is on Facebook, reading an email, reading text on a different app- this app should allow the user to highlight the word there and then, and be given the option to translate the word without having to first open an app and inputting the word required to be translated. The feature should be similar to how it is currently for iPhone users; for example if you highlight any word the iphone automatically brings up two options: "copy" and "define". If a person wishes to know the meaning of a word they simply highlight it and click "define". In a similar way with our app, if the user highlights any text, a further option will appear which will be "translate". The user will then be given the translation there and then. This will be extremely useful when writing a text message. If you want to send the message in spanish, you write the message in english and then highlight the sentence, click translate and the message will be automatically translated.
