Android App - Data over API

I need an app which reads and writes data over an API. It should do local caching (of downloaded content) and should write new data to local files and sync them with over the API. ALL HTTPS. If you are a experienced app coder this should be 2-4 hour job maximum. API1 Authenticate user & gather user data ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Parameters: "user" (mandatory) with username "pass" (mandatory) with password Returns: XML API2 Get single, public, entry by ID ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Parameters: "id" (mandatory) with the id Returns: XML API3 Get a list of available user entries in XML format ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Parameters: "user" (mandatory) with username "pass" (mandatory) with password Returns: XML API4 Download entries of the user in DLD format ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Parameters: "user" (mandatory) with your username "pass" (mandatory) with your password "ids" (optional) comma separated IDs (from list above) Returns: DLD API5 Upload entries in DLD format ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Parameters: "user" (mandatory) with username "pass" (mandatory) with password "userfile" (mandatory) with DLD file Returns: XML Pages to do: 0. Loading Screen 1. Login screen (availability to save login data) 2. Home Screen - List with generated diagramm from API4 Data from local cache or download (API3) - Ability to see details to every entry (API4) 3. Entry detail page - XML Entries displayed - 2 generated graphics from xml data - Link to google maps for coordinates given in xml 5. List of Data and images given from API1 6. Add entry Page - Form with different data to enter (Date, Time, Dropdowns etc 30 in all) 7. Contact Page 8. Placeholder Page What you get: Detailed screens (PSD), access to api, sample xml files, account for testing, resource string files (multilanguage - by os language (German, English)) What you dont get: Money in advance Milestones Milestone payments (I pay in full when finished.
