Android and iPhone application

I require a simple small organizational event app created to work with Android and iOS. I am open to development in Native or Hybrid forms and will select depending on the developer selected satisfying my basic requires such as building in all of the functionality required, cost, etc. I have a small Web development company and the selected developer will be considered for additional work following successful development of this app. Here are the specifics of what is required: The app will serve as a specific events app for a very small organization that will offer event functionality based on the 10/12 or so events they host each year. Those events include conferences (two or three day long), award events, luncheons, seminars, etc. ** Features/Functionality: 1. Initial "splash" type page/screen showcasing a primary sponsor logo before loading the app "home/landing" page after a couple/few seconds. 2. Showcasing of current and future events such as: conferences, award events, luncheons, seminars, summits, etc. 3. Individual event program information will be included: complete conference program schedule, speakers info/bios, date/time/location, and maybe a little more related info. 4. A "notes" feature that allows easy note taking during the events (would show as "notes from xyz event" so that the user will be able to know what entered notes relate to. 5. Info (About Us type content) and Contact info pages/tabs offering specific organizational information. 6. Photo gallery: BII Photos uploaded by BII admin showcasing past event, etc. photos. 7. A back end administrative dashboard allowing app owner/admin management of all events, content (About Us and Contact pages/tabs) and anything else relevant such as the photo gallery and image that shows on the initial splash page/screen. 8. Event calendar so that a user can see what events are coming up, select each one from the calendar to view the full info of each. Calendar notice functionality with automated notices of upcoming events. i.e. notices would show on login and via a notices icon that would flash until viewed. 11. Basic usage statistics/analytics data tracking (available via the backend admin). ** Optional Additional Functionality: 1. Google Map functionality defining the exact location of every event. This would be set by the app owner/admin who will be adding, editing, managing all events. I have a designer (can do HTML5, etc.) and PHP programmer (both in India) available full time and they can assist with any parts that is within their skills so the selected developer would likely get their help where possible.
