Capture Android Google Maps and other notifications from the notification bar.

I am looking for someone to capture android google maps turn-by-turn notification from the notification bar on android. This will entail getting all text, description of direction ('turn left','turn right', etc), distance ('10 Meters', etc) and images from the notification sent from a running google maps app. additionally, I will also need other notifications to be captured as well be it if someone is calling, or a text / whatsapp message has been received. the app needed to be created is simply a single form with a list in it of the current notifications. if the notification has been cleared from the notification bar, then the list will also reflect the change. this is not to make a new navigation app using google maps API. this is simply to capture all notifications on the notification bar. the deliverables will include an Android Studio project with relevant comments in the code for me to verify and recompile for testing.
