Expert Tenserflow Developer Needed for Human Body Motion Tracking in Unity App

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed . I need an Expert with experience in computer vision and machine learning. I'm trying to improve the realtime motion capture that I use for my mobile app. Need to track a person's body (hands, head, ideally a lot of bodyparts) in real time, reliably. Needs to work with simple RGB camera. Needs to work on iOS and ideally cross platform, like android and even google chrome, but iOS is top priority. Needs to be in Unity. This would be a great solution, tracks the whole body and even multiple people, but the performance isn't as good as I want. Are you a Guru who can take this and improve on it?? I need an a code engine for an app that recognizes full body parts and track movements. ...it should be convertible to unity because my app is a unity app. You just have to make the engine and send it to me, I will put it in my app by myself i need it to use for my unity app. So you’ll give me a unity project that tracks a person. I will take that and bring it into my own app. So instead of your sample application that draws a skeleton, I will have my own application that animates a puppet.
