Fix GPS glitch in Android project

I have a simple application that needs some tweaks to the code.  **If you are not familiar with implementing GPS solutions into an android project, and can not test the project on a physical device outside while moving around, do not bid on this project.**   My project has a timer which counts down from a time selected by the user.  When the countdown timer reaches under 30 seconds, the application is supposed to get the current gps location of the phone and send the latitude and Longitude in a text message using a maplink format. The app is supposed to pull the current GPS location at a set time (30 seconds remaining in countdown timer). This is not working consistently. Sometimes it works and sometimes it is pulling a location that I was previously at. I need someone who can go into the code and fix it to ensure that the current GPS location is pulled at the set time (30 seconds remaining in countdown timer). The above issue is what needs to be solved. Using an emulator does not reproduce the issues. This only happens on a real device. This is why you must be able to test it in the field.
