Food Delivery app - Android & iOS

I need a simple app for Android and iPhone. Please give accurate info as asked and answer all questions. I have a small restaurant, i need a very simple app with simple and clean UI and light color theme focusing more on contect/dishesh/images. Material Design or Modern UI should be used. Admin Panel and CMS details: 1. I need an Admin Panel to modify Menu, Prices, Pictures and i also want user database so i can use it for campaigns. 2. Push Notification feature - i want this option in admin panel, so when i write a messege and submit it should be pushed to all users. 3. I need option to create offers and offer code. and push it to users so it shows on home screen. 4. email alert when order is placed. show user info and location in admin panel. Mobile Apps Details: 1. Splash screen with Instruction screens with 3-4 sliders. 2. Home screen - display today special item at top, in middle - categories icons which should be horizontal scrolling. offers section at the bottom area. like 10% on biryani's etc. 3. side menu options - signup/signin, Menu, Setting, About us, Rate us. 4. signup/sigin- with fb, google+, - fetch pic and user info. 5. Menu- full menu with various categories, when selected items will list below. select again to close droupdown. text box in from of each item for quantity and add to cart symbol. 6. setting - update user info, push notification on/off options, share location - on/off option 7. About - some images and text and contact info. 8. Rate us - goto play store to rate app. 9. Just cash on delivery- no payment integration. Questions: 1. do you have graphic designers? please provide a basic wire-frame with your bids. when i select developer/team/company we can go ahead with full mockups and then development. 2. how much time all this will take ? how much cost? 3. do you take guarantee of app approval on stores ? 4. what technology you are going to use for admin panel and cms ? 5. write happyfood in your bid so i know you read all this. 6. what you recommend about app - native/hybrid/web view ? which is good and why. please give advantages/disadvantages of each one.
