Hybrid Apps for Recycling Facilities Searching

We’re looking for a freelance developer / startup building a Hybrid App for an individual looking for recycling facilities in user’s local area or it’s vicinity, that can be run on iOS and Android platform, using React Native, Node JS and/or VueJS After a simple registration process by, either user’s mobile phone number with verification code via SMS, or an activation email with basic personal information such as email and gender, users should then be able to take a picture (or upload an image) for the item(s) to be recycled using the app that developed, using their mobile phone. User is responsible to classify her item(s) to be recycled in a simple and easy to follow fashion by narrow-down from common categories (please refer to the diagrams for details of categories structure) Once submitted, user would be redirected into a realtime-communication-mode where user can exchange text message with the providers of recycling facilities in a whats app fashions. On the other hand, providers of recycling facilities are also free to register using the apps where they should identify themselves by selecting a radio button as ‘provider’ instead of ‘users’ during registration with contact details including shop name, shop address, contact person, phone number and email. A verification code via SMS, or an activation email is sent to the providers so that their phone/email can be verified after registration. Nevertheless, registered providers of recycling facilities should be ‘verified-and-approved’ by the system administrator in the backend, before they’re granted the access right for bidding with a second message of approval sent notifying them about the results of successfully approved. Once approved, providers of recycling facilities would be shown with a realtime displays of different number of items requested to be recycled where they can click on the items they’re interested to collect and recycle by means of exchanging messages with the user made a recycle request, after they’re login to the apps. A simple rating system against ‘providers’ of recycling facilities is required to be implemented that can optionally be participated by the user that includes both a short comment with an overall score of satisfaction in a scale of 1 to 5, after item(s) is recycled successfully, which can be used for other users in the future. Kindly note also that approximately 5% to 10% of the available frontend displays area should be reserved for the displays of marketing banner or video that can be updated in the backend by the owner/administrator. Upon product delivery, owner should have the total ownership of the source code developed so that we’re able to compile and/or install the delivered hybrid app on our own with full functionality as described, by following an installation manual by the developer(s) with a simplified version of technical specifications.
