Looking for an EXPERIENCED couchbase dev that has worked on offline syncing.

We have an app (iOS and android) that has synching issues. The app is a nutrition app for Personal Trainers and their clients. It has 2 interfaces - one for the personal trainer (PT) to make meal plans for their clients (+ message them, create templates etc) - and one for the client to follow the meal plan, or make any changes and log it on their side The home page for the PT side shows the list of clients for the trainer to choose from. Sometimes there is a delay for the clients to show up, or they don't show up at all, and we need to kill the app or even reinstall it for it to work again. This problem is also seen with the messages between the PT and the client and also the meal plan being synched between the PT and the client To apply, please give me an overview of what you think could be the problems and tell me what you will do to solve it I have attached a video below to show the issue - it shows me in the account amoh9516 without any clients (because it's not synching) and then when I reinstall and use the same account, it works perfectly
