hi sir i am an experienced developer having 3 years experience with react native i can do multilanguage with i18n standards you have to then just copy english file and get translated version of that file and add to app than you can use it with any language. for push notifications i will also recom you the react native firebase as I am an expert of it also you have to provide apple developer account with certificates access so that I can test push notifications on my side as well but push notifications need server side work too if you want i can provide the code that any php developer can integrate on server for auto delete chat history i want to discuss about it because there are many ways to do it. i will suggest you the best but before that I needs discussion
