Build PhoneGap Mobile App for Android and iPhone that will integrate with eAutomate's CRM. App functions will include: - User Login screen - Submit Request for Service (form that connects to eAutomate DB) - Submit Request for Supplies (form that connects to eAutomate DB) - Check Status of Tickets (query to eAutomate DB) - Contact Business: Phone, Email, Directions, Website (using phone's builtin functionality) - Leave us a Review: Website links to Facebook, Google & Yelp Push Notifications: - Users receive push notifications when the status of a ticket changes - Administrator can also send a custom push notification message to one or more users - Users can select which types of push notifications they want to receive Documentation for eAutomate API: [login to view URL] Design and Mockup will be provided.
