Social Networking App Creation Needed

Need a developer/ team who can build out an entire app with the following features: - Customers can post a task request. (Similar process to the Freelancer website) - An algorithm will then match customers with qualified "Experts" who can "bid". - The Customers can then review and approve proposals by swiping left or right (like tinder) - When a customer matches they can communicate with the expert via messaging (just like freelancer) OR even through in-app phone call/ video call. (Use API) Additionally, the calls can be saved. - There should also be a timer ⏱ to keep track of minutes billed - If the customers unable to have their full problem fixed over the phone, there should be an UPGRADE ability, where they can get paired with *local experts who they can meet up with to fix their problems. - Customers should be able to build profiles - Experts should be able to build portfolios + have a review area (again like Freelancer site) - There should also be a "survey" section: Where users can get paid to fill out questionnaires. - And there should be a "polls" section: Where users can get paid to vote on topics all day. - This app should be built with the ease of expansion in mind (ability to seamlessly integrate tons of new features and services in the future) - The developer team should be extremely creative and intuitive. The type of minds needed as though you were creating the next Facebook. - The app should look and function in a VERY modern fashion. With cool presentation styles. And FAST actions. - Data Collection/ Algorithm is a MAJOR part of this project. - If you can't provide a graphic designer, let me know and I'll source.
