We submitted app to app store but it get rejected.
The app is fetching a website data with the ability to send notification and its created with zeroqode native app solution. for information the website is [login to view URL]
The 2 rejection reason is:
First reason: Guideline 2.1 - Performance - App Completeness
Your app or its metadata does not appear to include final content. Specifically, your app description does not describe the functionality of your app.
Next Steps
To resolve this issue, please review your app and metadata to ensure that all of its content is final.
Second reason: Guideline 4.2.2 - Design - Minimum Functionality
We noticed that your app only includes links, images, or content aggregated from the Internet with limited or no native iOS functionality. Although this content may be curated from the web specifically for your users, since it does not sufficiently differ from a mobile web browsing experience, it is not appropriate for the App Store.
Next Steps
We encourage you to review your app concept and work towards creating an app that offers customers an engaging and lasting experience that also meets the App Store’s high expectations for quality and functionality.

Some of our works are very similar to your requirement.
We are available to chat via freelancer.com chat tool and your suggested chat tool, and would be happy to set up a convenient time to discuss the application you're moving and some ideas about the safest way to get it into the cloud.
Thanks,
