text message auto reply app

Hello freelancers, I'm looking to have a app developed that can build a auto responder for sms messages that will be received through my android phone. The app needs to be able to respond to multi messages from the same number. For instance the 1st text it would respond "hello" the 2nd text "how are you?" etc. The responses will need to be the same for all incoming texts. It will also need to stop responding after the final message has been sent. It will also need to have a delay option, so that the 1st message will be replied to X seconds/minutes from the time it was received, the second one the same, etc. However, this delay shouldn't interrupt other messages that have already passed the delay point from being responded too. Another delay option will need to be added as well, the option to delay the time between messages being sent from the phone. For instance if it's set to every 5 seconds, it will only respond every 5 seconds, regardless of the original delay from when the message was received. Multi-threading would be convenient, but may not be possible in this case, if a multi-threaded option can be added, please let me know. If possible, it would be nice if it could delete messages that have already been replied to and store them elsewhere so they could reviewed later. It will also need the option send MMS or attach a photo to a message. It would be nice if i could edit the responses from my desktop and then load the application onto my phone, but this isn't required. I would like to work with someone with expertise in android applications, because future updates will be required, so I expect this to be a ongoing relationship with paid upgrades most likely required.
