Update Android app

I need a professional android coder to update my Android app (source code, apk and keystore will be provided) The app is simple webview app that will display our mobile site, but I need some enhancements and fixes: - Make sure the app supports all latest standards, os versions, screen resolutions, or anything else that was introduced after our last update from a year back, and check the code overall for any possible enhancements - We have a splash screen now that will disappear after 2 sec., I want you to add a “loading image” andriod style to the splash screen (under the logo) and make splashscreen disappear after our mobile site fully load in the background. - We have a small bar at the bottom of the app, with the following functions similar to the browser (previous, forward, home, share, about us, close) I would like to remove (share, about us) and change the icons of others to something better, change the background color of this bar. Change the position of icons to be in the middle of the screen. In any device resolution and orientation. - Change the background color of top Android bar (carrier, battery bar) to match our header color. - The app currently support English only, I would like to add other languages, around 30, we have only 4 strings in the app itself (previous, home, forward, close) translation will be provided for other languages. - Currently the bottom bar that I mentioned above, does not appear in some Android devices, specially devices that have the “hardware buttons” within screen/software – not in the device itself. Hope you understand this (there are some devices/tablets that do not include Android function buttons in the device itself but it will be within the software/screen) the app should look perfect in all devices. - Keep all other features of the app unchanged. - Create apk with new app version and provide source code. - This should be a private project, so you should not add it to your portfolio online. - Only bid if you are free now and can start immediately.
