Write an Android and ios mobile game

Hi. My name is Steven Ouellette and I just started my Mobile Game company "Syrup Wizardry" and I am currently searching for a developer who could make a relatively small game for me. See I posses some basic knowledge in programming and coding but my strength rely way more on ideas and marketing then actual developing... I could probably get the job done but it would take way longer then if a competent and experience developer do it. That’s why I'm contacting you. Because in your profile it says that you have such experience and the review's I read about you are all positive. Note I won't reveal the character's and settings of the game until we have an agreement, price and schedule work-out for obvious reason not that I doubt your integrity it's just a precaution. So here is the basic core idea of the game: *It’s a singleplayer 2D runner shooter where the player automatically moves forward From point A to B encountering enemies along the way with 2 checkpoint along the way so if the player dies and is not out off "lives" he restart from pass checkpoint, arriving at the end of the level there is a boss fight. *There is one touch analogue in the left corner of the screen so the player can move Up, Down, left and right in a set part of the screen to avoid damage and aim in a straight line in front of him. And another touch button on the bottom right side of the screen to shoot. *I'd like to start with six different levels, each with its own color pallet and set of enemies, If the game is popular enough I will gladly order more level later on. *there is some little gameplay mechanics that I will talk with you as we develop the game if you take the contract. *Id like the game to work on android and Ios *I'd like a small economy system, as you kill enemy you get money that you use to unlock better weapon and gear. *The game will be free to play and integrate "Chartboost" as potential revenue If you have experience in adding a *cash* currency to buy and unlock some special gear and removing the ad from chartboost at a certain price it would be a nice supplement value to the game. Also note that I don’t want to parry the creativity of your developer I'd like to give some guideline as to what are the setting and enemies you face on certain level but what happens from point A to B and the art design will be to the discretion of the developer as long as I can test the level when finished and give some suggestion after, this is so I don’t constraint the creativity of the developer and hope to speed the process a bit. I am constraint to a relatively small budget so I don’t expect some over the top graphical quality either.
