Write an iPhone application to search for real Estate properties & merge with google maps

This agreement is intending to create iOS application for IPAD/IPHONE and android application for the Smart phone and smart tablet to search and find properties and real estates (either sell or rent). The software will merge between google map pages and location which will be added by the software users. Web base database must be created to save location of the property which will be added by the users. Each user should have his own username and account where he can see his added properties and how many people watched his property advertisement. Time frame (45 days) will be provided for each advertisement after this period the advertisement will go back to his originator for his preapproval or deletion. User can modify /delete any of his advertisement. Admin will have authority to approve added properties whenever required. Admin will have authority to provide users auto approval on their properties. . admin will have authority to add /delete city's/ areas/ community. Search engine to be provided to search respective areas. System to export property location from the software to google map. Ability to send property location to what up number entered by application users. Smart phone users must have the option to add property pictures and GPS location from the smartphone itself (take picture of home then upload, GPS location must be copied automatically to application). Software copyright will be under the ownership of me. admin shall have the power to collect data from site database. Reference number to be added for each property. Common email to broadcast emails to all users. backup procedure shall be available.
