El proyecto es en el área de selección de perfiles IT y la idea básica de la propuesta de valor es muy sencilla: el candidato solo realiza una entrevista para optar a todas sus oportunidades laborales y la empresa sólo recibe perfiles filtrados por experiencia y expectativas. Para ello se ha emulado una primera entrevista digital con un head hunter, donde el candidato explica de manera parametrizada quién es y qué busca. Por la parte de la empresa se hace lo mismo, pero para explicar una vacante. Actualmente en el equipo hay dos diseñadores y un programador de algoritmos predictivos, el cual está desarrollando el SW que hará el Matching. Estamos buscando presupuesto para realizar la Web, la cuál debe tener la UI de candidato y la UI de empresa, lo cual implica: landing page, proceso de alta (opcional, ya que ahora ya hay un formulario de alta con Typefor), panel de control y módulo de pago. We are looking for a budget to carry out the Web, which should have the UI of the candidate and the UI of the company, which implies: landing page, registration process (optional, since now there is a registration form with Typefor), panel control and payment module. Hola! Soy diseñador gráfico de UI UX, veo muy interesante este proyecto, pero quisiera saber si solamente necesitan diseño, o también HTML. Puedo trabajar en la parte de diseño de todo el proyecto y entregar prototipos para portar las funcionalidades de las propuesta que puedo hacer para la plataforma. No soy desarrollador, pero enfoco todo mi conocimiento en hacer que la experiencia de usuario al navegar la plataforma cumpla con el servicio que se ofrece. Hola. puedo desarrollar desde la parte de seguridad de acceso con verificación de identidad vía correo., pasando por lo relativo a poner en contacto a ambas partes, empleador y solicitante,hasta calificar entrevistas y finalmente realizar cobro por el servicio. Todo con bootstrap. php html mysql javascript. Notificando a todas las partes de forma automática vía correo cada vez que cambie un estado del proceso.
