MS CRM 2013 system analyses and project lead

The primary responsibility of the MS CRM 2013 system analyses and project lead - MS CRM is to manage & deliver the technical & functional business requirements using MS CRM 2013 as the tool. This includes working closely with the key business users, system managers and developers to add system functionality, tables, and data, optimizing systems for availability and performance; and contributing to system upgrades.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Maintaining an up-to-date and deep understanding of technologies used to integrate with or extend MS CRM. Those may include:

• Installing CRM and its related components such as the power Pack and Scribe.

• Building the CRM forms, screens, and views, as well as workflows and reports (using built in reporting capabilities & SSRS) around the business needs

• Configuration and customizing the application, developing Plug-ins

• JavaScript implementation, integration & customization of third party tools, developing custom tools

• Configuring & troubleshooting MS CRM Outlook Client

• SQL Integration Services (2008 & above) and/or Scribe

• SQL Reporting Services – 2008 & above

• MOSS/SharePoint Services – 2010 & above

• SDK and/or Developers Toolkit

• Programming languages such as C#, VB.net, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, VSTO, Silverlight

• Active Directory, IIS, DNS

• Firewalls, Switches, Routers, etc.

• Leading or participating in the design and architecture sessions with the business, gathering and documenting business processes and requirements

• Assisting with architecting the CRM system, related customizations, portals, and reports to model the organizational process

• Advising the business on best practices for CRM, development or integration processes

• Writing technical specifications for planned work

• Training & co-ordination

• Any exposure to Microsoft Axapta 2012 & Microsoft CRM 2013 will be beneficial

This role will also have the added responsibility of providing technical leadership within the team as & when required, as well as mentoring other team members.

• SQL Integration Services (2008 & above) and/or Scribe

• SQL Reporting Services – 2008 & above

• MOSS/SharePoint Services – 2010 & above

• SDK and/or Developers Toolkit

• Programming languages such as C#, VB.net, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, VSTO, Silverlight

• Active Directory, IIS, DNS

• min of 7 years of related experience with specific implementation experience on MS CRM 2011, preferably with a Real Estate vertical.
