Control windows phone 8 via facial expressions

Hello dear freelancers. I want a custom application to be done in windows phone 8. I want a windows phone 8 application that can be used to control windows phone by detecting facial movement or facial expressions via front camera. The main functionality here is to have a web browser control and a cursor that moves in a specific direction when the user moves their head. For example when the user who is holding the phone turn their head to the left then the cursor has to move the left and so on. And when the user blink with their eye or when user does a certain move that cursor has to be clicked. Here is a simple scenario. 1) User goes to a website 2) User find a link on the top 3) User moves their head up 4) Cursor goes up 5) User blinks 6) Cursor is clicked This application is mainly for disabled people and currently we have many problems such as 1) When to know that this disabled person want to use their phone now and they can't use their hand. 2) When user moves their head up to go up but the user would like to set their head back to normal position, we don't want the cursor to move in that case. and so on..... When proposing, please specify how exactly are you going to do this application?
