537403 Electronical Leave/Medical Leave application

Project is to create a simple Electronic Leave and Medical Leave application using Visual Studio 2010, Azure(Compulsory). Please refrain from using too complicated Code as it will be hard to maintained in future. Introduction: Create an application using Visual Studio 2010 azure, have to include worker role and web role. Using Cloud Azure Project is a must. Need not sync to cloud. Compulsory Item 1) A home Page which Employee can log in using Employee number. 2) Help to create a Manage user ID using this ID "000001", Manager can approve leave or cancel Leave, Manager can also add new employee ID and Details which include Name and ID number. 3) Every Employee can only have 10 Days of Leave. Once a new employee is being create, he will be entitle to 10 days of leave 4) Once employee number is verified on the home page, 2 buttons namely 1)Leave and 2)Medical Leave will show and employee can click on either 1 of them and that will bring them to the respective Leave or Medical Leave page where they can apply. 5) A Leave page where employee can choose from a dropdown box indicating how many days of leave to take, 1 to 10 can be choose in this dropdown box. And a Date calender is included so employee can click on the day the Leave is to be taken. And a Submit button. 6) A Medical Leave page, A textbox which employee needs to input their ID, A browse button needs to be included so our employee can attached .jpeg file of their scanned Medical Certificate. Submit button so Employee ID and .jpeg will be uploaded and wait for approval 7) A View all employee Leave balance and Leave history page, include a textbox where manager can use it to input Employee ID and search, search result will include current Employee Leave balance and Leave history. So there will be a Home/Login Page, Register new employee page, Leave application page, Medical Leave application page and a View employee Leave balance and history page. Important!! Data will be store using datasource, not using sql server to store. Simple CSS and a master site page will be applied for all Page(aspx) Do not include any of your info or names in this application or even a "About" page Attached some of your previous work so i can view if there are.
