Supreme/Sneaker Bot [VB.NET]

Greetings Freelancers, I'm looking to hire a freelancer who can start and complete this job proficiently. I must be satisfied 100%. Below please read my Job description. To cut costs low for me, I have the User Interface already developed by a friend of mine, all that is need is the code to make it run! *Programmer selected Job Description: This Program must be Windows Based hence the programming language. It must also be extremely fast. The List of Features that are needed in this program with explanation: -Monitor/Scan any twitter account for specified keywords inputted into the program and grab the twitter Link Instantly and proceed to add to cart. Must be using the Twitter API with oauth! Must find the tweet instantly or BEFORE it is even tweeted out by the twitter account! -The Program must be able to detect encrypted tweets sent out by Nike, Adidas (Most Countries), Supreme, Bape & other websites. An example of this can be found here: [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] -Search Nike, Adidas (Most Countries), Supreme, Bape & other websites, Adidas (Most Countries), Supreme, Bape & other websites for product code, and check for the product code every second on their site until it becomes available. An Example of this can be found here: [login to view URL] ^^^ Both of these Functions must work at the same time, so searching Nike, Adidas (Most Countries), Supreme, Bape & other websites for product code and searching twitter for keywords, whichever is found first the program will act upon and begin the other process. -Resolves Collection URL's and extract the shoe name from them or url from them: An example of this can be found here: [login to view URL] -Add Unlimited Nike, Adidas (Most Countries), Supreme, Bape & other websites, Adidas (Most Countries), Supreme, Bape & other websites Accounts to the program - Loging into any Nike, Adidas (Most Countries), Supreme, Bape & other websites account from the program just by entering in my Nike, Adidas (Most Countries), Supreme, Bape & other websites, Adidas (Most Countries), Supreme, Bape & other websites Email and Nike, Adidas (Most Countries), Supreme, Bape & other websites, Adidas (Most Countries), Supreme, Bape & other websites Password. I must be able to test the log in, and see that Nike, Adidas (Most Countries), Supreme, Bape & other websites account was successfully logged in. *HIGHLY IMPORTANT* -The Software must be VERY Fast and Multithreaded. For example if I were to add 10+ different Nike, Adidas (Most Countries), Supreme, Bape & other websites accounts with different keywords or same keywords for each they will work at the same time. -Browsers must be hidden. I will know the programs status by looking at an event log for each Nike, Adidas (Most Countries), Supreme, Bape & other websites account added to the bot. Early Link Monitor: If you got the early links of the shoes you can also add them and once the link becomes live the program will begin the rest of the other processes. Auto Solves/ Manual Solves Captchas Manual Captcha Solve: The Captcha images from each Nike, Adidas (Most Countries), Supreme, Bape & other websites account will be displayed in a window for the user to click on in the order they are shown. The Program must have event logs to show success and failure of each Nike, Adidas (Most Countries), Supreme, Bape & other websites account added, and show the program waiting in line. User gets a notification via Email or Text: -Notification by text/email to customer on add to cart Login System: -Username and Password system. I must be able to control this system.
