A project in NodeJS, Typescript and mongo need a better Docker implementation

Hello, Please also read budget requirement is a bit important for our bid considerations I started to build a project in NodeJS, MongoDB, and Tyscrpt in a DOcker environment. I'm new to docker and I have difficulties to create a Dockerfile with multi-stage buildings flow. [login to view URL] What I want to achieve is that 1. Having both environments DEV and PROD for example in Dev I'm using Nodemon and in PROD should be not 2. Using Nginx would be much better, I tried but I'm unable to make it work with above Environments and my knowledge about it, in general, is limited 3. On Windows machines, the Docker fails to start need to fix it 4. Any other optimization or way I missed using the Docker implementation the project is my own project and for this reason, I would prefer a Developer which can help me to fix one time on a low budget as there are no earnings from it of any kind. The project is on Github with my experiments and I will share it to have the first review of it and to analyze the issue to have a discussion about it. There is no need for any deployment stuff or complex as it is a personal project to understand how to set up using the Docker new way with multi staging between environments and also the right setup of Nginx. I will appreciate someone who can help on a budget of 50Euros one time on this with a possibility for more collaboration in the future on better rates and projects.
