Our client, a well-known FMCG company, is looking for an E-Commerce Business Developer for their headquarters in Barcelona. Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager, this global role will have an international scope and will be the interface with the different market players and partners. The company is a pioneer in digital transformation and is going through an international expansion, with new market challenges and innovation projects. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES On-line Business Development Identify strategic business opportunities that will create long-term value Develop and implement online business growth opportunities in new clients Identify business sources, opportunities and risks, in existing clients. Define and implement promotional plans Link with Brand Manager Online Activator Category Management Interface with Marketing and Sales teams to understand existing pipelines and what new initiatives need to be activated in the e-Commerce channel Define and develop account plans in order to maximize turnover and profit. Define promotions, assortments and visibility. Align pricing strategies Interaction with Digital Agencies to develop promotional communication materials (Newsletters, banners, landing pages, etc). Align on-line campaigns with off-line strategies Interact with Operations & Customer Service to ensure their support to the e-commerce customers and quality service Develop consistent POS reports and site analytics to enable a proper decision-making Establish and measure KPI’s.
