Descripción de empleo<br />Job Description<br />The Business Process Management Consultant / Architect in the IBM Digital Operations CoC is expected to lead Business Process engagement activities ranging from pre-sales to sales to delivery as required by the client engagement/contract - specifically with respect to the technical solution.<br /><br />The Consultant will be subject matter experts in the application of Business Process tools and methods to complex business environments in large global enterprises. They will have demonstrated leadership in full life-cycle BPM engagements. They will be responsible for leading teams in architecting and building Proofs of Concepts and demonstrating the capabilities of the BPM discipline. This BPM Consultant/Architect will work with the client representatives in defining a BPM solution and roadmap to address the client's critical business needs in conformance with overall corporate objectives.<br /><br />The Consultant/Architect will lead the initial delivery stages of such solutions, to secure success throughout the adoption journey. <br /><br />Seeking expert-level experience in the following areas:IBM BPM<br />Modeling, Simulation and optimization of processes<br />Supporting technologies such as Java/J2EE, SOA, Struts, XML, Webservices, JPA , DOJO, CSS, HTML5, Javascript, XML, AJAX, and/or JAXB.<br />Thorough understanding of service oriented architecture (SOA) concepts and the ability to communicate with LOB and IT about this<br />Demonstrated hands on ability in architecture, design and development of scalable, complex Java / J2EE software products.<br />Expert knowledge of latest architecture frameworks and design patterns with demonstrated technical leadership in building scalable, high performance enterprise products.<br />N-Tier Architecture, design patterns, Object Oriented Design and Modeling (UML).<br />Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following:Development of complex business processing systems using various software and hardware platforms deploying object oriented techniques.<br />Design Patterns and knowledge of one of the frameworks like Spring.<br />Excellent design and problem solving skills.<br />Thorough understanding of application security issues, including common web application exploits.<br />Thorough understanding of agile software development methodology (Scrum) and industry best practices<br />Disciplined, engineering oriented mind set.<br />Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills<br />Prefer functional experience in Customer, Finance, supply chain or similiar processes. Experience in the following Industries is preferred: Banking, Telco, Insurance, Retail. Experience required in modeling simulation and Optimization of processes, along with infrastructure.<br /><br />The Smarter Process Center of Competency team is comprised of experts who are globally deployable deep subject matter experts. The Consultants are available to accelerate sales and delivery in high growth areas and emerging markets, thus supplementing local solutioning and delivery excellence capabilities.<br /><br />Must be willing to travel extensively up to 75% global travel is required
