You’ll be speaking with startups and small business owners and operators from all over the world and guiding them through the process of using our site and selecting the best freelancers to work on their projects. We are looking for passionate individuals who know how to provide great customer service and love seeing their clients' projects come to life and watching their businesses improve with the help of our platform of over 16 million users. You’ll enjoy working on a variety of projects that cross the digital spectrum, but predominantly working on web-sites, mobile applications, design tasks, and various other small business marketing activities.<br /><br />Essential Requirements:<br /><br />Must speak and write fluently in English and Portuguese, we will test this thoroughly at interview.<br />Ability to express complex ideas simply and concisely.<br />Self-starter.<br />Ability to remain calm under pressure.<br /><br />Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados<br /><br />Preferred Experience:<br /><br />Interested in tech and the start up community.<br />Sales experience highly valued. Particularly experience working via phone, email and chat.<br />A degree or diploma in a business/marketing/communications or related discipline.<br />Experience with web-based businesses.<br /><br />[url removed, login to view] is a Sydney-based company with offices worldwide, the most recent addition being our new Buenos Aires office.
