Descripción de empleo<br />Overview <br />The Office IT Specialist will have the required relevant technical experience coupled with strong organizational and communications skills to be successful in this role. <br /><br />Detailed Description<br /><br />Typical responsibilities will include but are not limited to:<br />Provide 1st level end-user support on hardware and software applications, including Windows, Lotus Notes, Lotus Domino, package distribution, and mobile devices (Blackberry and Apple)<br />Install, configure, maintain, and update IT hardware and software<br />In collaboration with the Global Help Desk, provide IT support during business hours (on some occasions, during non-business hours)<br />Administer LAN/WAN infrastructure in collaboration with Firm second level teams<br />Collaborate with central IT and office IT to deploy projects locally and regionally<br />Support seamless operation of audio/video systems in meeting rooms, HDVC and MAC (audio conferencing), and other infrastructure services as appropriate<br />Support on-site presentations and events, as well as special IT requests from client teams<br />Manage IT vendors as needed<br />Support IT administration (e.g., asset management, ticket documentation, workflow tracking)<br />Desired Skills<br /><br />Required experience and education:Bachelor's degree preferred<br />3-5 relevant technical experience, ideally in a professional services environment<br /><br />Required skills:<br />Knowledge of standard IT applications; experience with technical support and troubleshooting<br />Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to handle multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously; customer service focus; ability to work independently; outstanding communication skills; good English language skills
