Ability to travel as needed.<br /><br />Job<br /><br />Consulting<br /><br />As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client's satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.<br /><br />Professional Responsibilities<br /><br />Provide engagement delivery services both as an individual and as a team member. Has subject matter knowledge of relevant implementation responsibility. Possesses Application Knowledge to support Human Resources, Recruitment, On-Boarding and Payroll business processes, and Saas technology knowledge. Has specific experience in implementing Oracle solutions and in systems integration. <br /><br />Job Requirements <br />Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.<br />Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical skills in area of specialization.<br />Strong technical background with a minimum of 5 years of implementing Application Software, and web technology knowledge<br />One year experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution<br />Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills. Solid problem solving skills.<br />Ability to build rapport with team members and clients.<br />Willing to travel nationally and regional travel.<br />Excellent English Language skills to interact with outside LAD contacts <br />Understand clients requirements, drivers and able to provide complete solutions and roadmap using Oracle technology<br />Must be able to handle customer projects as a Architect role<br />Develop sales presentations and proposals for client engagements<br />Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams<br />Address competitive issues at the IT Infrastructure technical level
