Commercial sales of Surface are growing rapidly, and we are looking for highly-experienced and motivated sales talent to help customers realize the value of Surface in their business. If you are a proven talent with experience in hardware sales, help us take a newly-launched product to new heights in a market with millions of passionate customers and billions of dollars in business. We are an unmatched team comprised of talent, passion, expertise, and commitment.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:<br/>·Deliver unit sales goals in partnership with regional sales teams.<br/>·Close Surface-specific opportunities with accounts managers, Devices time zone leads, and Device sales professional<br/>·Make experts of the local subsidiary and region. <br/>·Support in operational execution of complex deals with the operations teams and the BG.<br/>·Ensure excellence in pipeline and inventory management. <br/>·5-10 years’ experience in enterprise sales; 5+ years’ experience in hardware sales.<br/>·Proven success in closing complex deals and technical understanding of devices and commercial requirements.<br/>·Strong team player: Work effectively across teams to solve customer and partner issues, leverage best practices, &amp; deliver results.<br/>·Strategic thinking &amp; execution: Ability to develop sales and business strategy options, while also being able to successfully execute on complex opportunities.<br/>·Able to work to overcome and work around problems that are inevitable in new businesses – positive approach to problem solving and working in partnership with the Windows BG and sales ·Leadership in local market to close big deals. <br/>·Strong communications &amp; presentation skills.<br/>·Great leadership and strong passion for building and driving a business.<br/>·Good understanding of Microsoft’s business model and sales model.<br/>·Country covered: Italy and Spain<br/>·Travel Required: 50%. <br/><br/>Education<br/>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar information technology related discipline. <br/>·Prefers additional training in sales, business or marketing.<br/>·Italian speaking essential. <br/><br/>Benefits of working at Microsoft <br/>Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer and supports workforce diversity.
