When you join IBM, you'll partner with our clients and unharness all of these capabilities to deliver real business value.<br /><br />As an Talent & Change - Cloud Service Transformation Consultant within our Business Analytics & Strategy Practice, you will lead medium to large project teams and be responsible for the overall successful sales and delivery of Cloud Service Transformations Solutions to IBM's core clients. You will develop relationships within the client organization and build effective cross-functional teams across diverse stake holder groups including client business and technical organizations, IBM's domestic and global delivery organizations, and third party software vendors.<br /><br />The successful candidates will have direct involvement in business case development and performance measurement. They will provide hands-on leadership, direction and mentoring to the team and manage client relationships.
