Need a simple solution for macOS app in swift - experienced coders can do it easily

Please submit your bid if you think you are able to accomplish this. My budget is limited but I am planning to maintain a long term relationship. Scenario: Open two/more TextEdit window. You can use Notes or any text editing app. Job: In xcode make an app with swift code that will send a key input event to all of the text editor windows. Thats it. The solution is out there on the internet, you need to show me the output. Now I am a coder my self. So you will get direction from me if you need to. I expect a solution. I will put a link of a open source project that does it already but no longer maintained and not supported by macOS catalina. Hope you will be able to make it work.
