Looking to manufacture MOQ 500 units PCB with bluetooth chip and LED. Will provide PCB schematics and apps for testing purposes. The chinese quote me at $0.70 USD, for assembly and testing of PCB integrated android and iOS app. Must be able to ship to the United States. Seeking a price similiar for the cost of labor and long term relationship, thanks!

We just manufactured Bluetooth boards (pcb, components, assembly) of bicycle lock which is controlled by App for a customer in UK. I can help you cost down by selecting the right components at the early design stage. The lead time of the components needs to be considered as well. If you use the Bluetooth chip from Microchip, the lead time could be way too long.
