I have a Christmas newsletter consisting of four items: 1. A .jpg image (the cover of the newsletter). 2. Three .pdf documents (the articles of the newsletter), all the same format. I would like to combine these into a single .pdf document. The cover (the .jpg image) may need to be resized (i.e. resized, not cropped) to be the same width as the documents. The end result should be a .pdf document that has uniform width, i.e. like a typical magazine or PDF document. I'm sure this will take about 5 minutes with the appropriate software but unfortunately I do not have PDF combiner software.
