Tweak 3D models and produce high quality renders for a new apartment building

Hi there! I'm looking for someone to alter some existing 3D models as well as generate photo-realistic 3D rendered images to be used in the marketing of a new building development. This project is the next stage of a previously posted project (Project ID: 5171614). The specific work required is (in order of priority/workflow): Exterior 1. Move the camera angle up higher (3/4 bird’s eye view) to show off the building's rooftop garden. 2. Make the shops look more like real shops, with clear windows, shop signs below the awnings with real brands, and interior fit-out. 3. Add people and cars around the building to make it look more like real life. The people need to be very high quality, photo-realistic 3D models. 4. Add final details around the building like the road, footpath, trees etc. 5. Change the external tile colour to blue. 6. Make the edges of the building awnings slightly darker to add more contrast. Living Room 1. The room needs to look lighter and brighter. There should be more external light coming in and the interior lights need to look ‘switched on’ and emitting more white-coloured light. 2. Make the floorboard colour lighter. 3. Straighten the chairs around the dining table. Kitchen 1. Add interior light effects. 2. Hide some of the benchtop items to reduce clutter. 3. Make the kitchen benchtop an off-white colour and make it look thicker. 4. Make the kitchen floor material the same as the living room. 5. Make the front door colour a light grey or dark grey. 6. Hide left light in front of door. Bedroom 1. Switch on all the lights and make them white coloured. 2. Replace with a calmer painting (e.g. a green or blue one). 3. Reduce the length of the pile on the carpet (i.e. make it look more ‘flat’ than ‘shaggy’). 4. Make bed (i.e. neater blanket on top). 5. Add 2 more pillows and all 4 standing up on bedhead. 6. Add row of cushions in front of pillows. 7. Add throw rug on bed. Bathroom 1. Make floor tiles white. 2. No separate shower floor - continue the white bathroom floor tiles. 3. Add a half-sized glass shower screen. 4. Move shower tapware to other wall. 5. Hide the toothbrush and other small item. 6. Show the towels rolled up instead of flattened. 7. Hide the shower hose to make the shower area look neater. 8. Make some suggestions about how to add some colour into the bathroom, without making it look cluttered or messy. Top view 1. All changes mentioned above. 2. Continue the timber flooring used in the living room into the laundry. 3D Renders Once the above 3D models are complete, you need to generate six photo-realistic 3D rendered images of internal rooms for marketing purposes at the same level of quality as the reference images. What I will supply you with: - Current 3D models of building exterior and interior files as well as textures used (.MAX file format). - Current 3D rendered images for quality of rendered output expected. - Previous photomontage (sample attached as Photomontage [login to view URL]). What output I expect to receive: Editable files: - Updated exterior model (building structure) in .MAX and .3DS file formats - Updated interior models in .MAX and .3DS file formats - All additional 3D models used (e.g. people, cars, beds, chairs, tables etc.) - All additional textures used (e.g. floors, walls etc.) Production-ready images: - Six high quality photo-realistic renders of all above views (exterior, kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom, top-view) Please read the project notes for additional job requirements, and good luck!
