Front-End Developer - Good Designer Needed

Need someone to build me new website using [login to view URL] Please see attached DOC file, it has the Logo, and also example websites included. This is a 1 time project to create a website. We need a mock up (PDF) created as an example, then once approved, we will need you to slice the html into open cart and insert the content. FRONT-END DEVELOPER WITH GOOD DESIGN SKILLS NEEDED Skills: Front-end developer: 1. HTML(5), CSS(3) 2. Javascript, jquery 3. Responsive design, working with some responsive framework like Bootstrap 4. Plain html - static websites 5. Wordpress theme implementation + plugins + maintenance of the system 6. Opencart theme implementation + plugins + maintenance of the system 7. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Fireworks and creating a mockups 8. Basic of PHP is an asset 9. Must have good design skills REQUIREMENT: Must Be available to work during 9am - 5pm - Central USA Time and be available to talk with me on Google Plus andor Skype. -------- Are Qualified for us? - This is what we are looking for. x - can be here during our shift to handle customer requests, changes x - is an awesome designer? x - can speak good english? X - can work directly with us through instant messenger x - can create web 2.0 , latest mobile responsive designs x - able to code up any PSD, make htmls, wordpress, joomla etc insert content. x - can follow instructions? Milestones (Exact Tasks we need done on recurring basis): 1: Create the mockup in Photoshop/Fireworks and show us, and after few changes. a) I will provide you with logo, the colors for the website, as well as example websites. From the information provided you will create the design mockup for us to check, after small revisions will then ask you to code and slice. 2: Slice the HTML - Integrate/Code the mockup you created into Static HTML and/or Open Cart/Wordpress/Joomla. 3: Insert text content and perform small changes to site when provided. Finish up the entire web design process, by making sure all pages are placed and forms are working.
