We need Good, Professional UI Designers for Mobile and Web Projects. We will be sharing the work with the Freelancer for a Fixed Cost(number of hours x hourly rate), including the number of iterations the work will need, to deliver to our satisfaction. We will expect you the Freelancer to share the PNG's/JPEG's with us to review and amount will be released once we will be satisfied. That is when we will expect you to give us the PSD's. Of course, not to mention, while working together if we gain each other's trust, above strict protocols can be changed whenever needed. We are looking for a long term partnership and hence will prefer a freelancer with the right mentality for it. Because we believe 'Working for short term with maintaining good vibe is very easy. Its the long term relation, which demands real understanding and patience.'
