Graphic Design with Content/Blog Post/Magazine Article Writing A ++PLUS

I have a number of large projects coming up, and it is time to bring on some extra assistance as we expand. I definitely need to see samples and then, if it is agreeable I would like to transition to place where there is at least 3-4 hours per day M-F working on either graphics, or writing articles. I am also open to payment on a deliverable base, so if you are quick then you can bang out a few pieces a day and have more free time for other things. Heck, you can do it all in one day for the entire week, I am totally flexible I just need QUALITY. Pricing would not be flat per item, but graded on how much effort goes into the piece. A flyer layout may be $20-30, while a brochure is $35-45, and a 2 page magazine layout is $50 - so a fee schedule can be mutually agreed upon. If I have to chose one, it would be the graphic design work as I have another magazine publication in addition to my own, and am poised to potentially pick up a third so I need someone who is sensual enough emotionally to be able to switch between design aesthetics, programs and mediums fairly quickly depending on what client is up in the rotation. Articles will be checked for originality. It may be magazine spreads, website headers, Facebook advertisements, logo concepts, taglines .. you name it we design it and with a spirit of excellence, and original (although utilizing pieces of different resources is fine as long as the end result cannot be googled). For bidding purposes, how much would you charge for a layout design like the Kazoola Ad or BHFF Flyer? For Content only writers, how much would you charge for a decent blog post?
