3d modelling

[login to view URL] There are various output formats in there, which are exported from Pix4D, an application I use to process the high res images I take with my drones. Can you take a look and quote me per building and for the entire project please (see attached image for structure breakdown)? I'm looking to start this asap and it will be ongoing work for the next 12 months, as the models you create will be used to assess progress & risks etc on site. I dont mind what software you use, but the output must be in a format which can be imported in to BIM applications.  I will produce the initial files in Pix4D  my business model is based upon repeat missions to keep the model as updated as possible, allowing for Site Maps, Work Sign Off, Asset Management & Risk Assessments. I fly, you update the model & it's issued to the client to do with what he wants. Does this make sense and do you grasp what I need you to do? my client contracted me to provide .lus files of their large construction site . I have now run 2 missions at the site and have created 3D Point Cloud models for them, along with some 3D Mesh models. I can produce very accurate point clouds, but my mesh models are lacking in crispness & detail, and my client has asked me to provide them with proposals for an augmented reality model of their development in East London. So, what I need is a 3D modelling expert to help clean up the 3D models i created for them. I will provide the .lus/.obj/.fbs files and other associated assets, and I would be grateful
