Regular Photographer for property interiors

Hi Daniel Repeating my proposal from PPH, but you will see that the bid level is lower because site fees here are lower ... so it's cheaper for you. Please note I am negotiable. First of all I am reasonably local and already undertake this type of work for two national companies and various private clients in the private rental and holiday rental business as far west as Denmead and Hambledon from my base in West Sussex. Secondly I know Portsea Island and just inland very well indeed, having studied at Portsmouth as a young man and in 2017 and 2018 undertook work for a travel industry buyer, two fashion shoots and a three month contract for a major home improvements company. Thirdly this is a very competitive market and I am fully aware of national fees charged to estate agents by the major industry providers. However I am happy to go well below the average fee of bidders so far. not least because I won't have their travel costs. Please note that smaller properties will be cheaper. The good news as I mentioned on the other site is that I also shoot virtual tours to a very high standard should you need them. So, all in all, I would be delighted to work with you. Hi, Can I ask if you have been introduced to Virtual Tours yet? We have a 360 Degree, 4K camera that allows us to take a series of photos inside a property and turn them into a full walkthrough experience. There are a few examples on our website: [!] The reason I think this would work for your Short Term Lets is that as well as making the whole space available for inspection by potential clients, we can also export 4K quality still images from anywhere the camera has been so you get both professional still images as well as an interactive environment. The cost per property is based on a few factors but mostly the size. What we normally do for our estate agent clients is plan it so that we can scan 3-4 properties in a single day so that we maximise the use of our camera. Most houses are about £250 each [that includes unlimited still 4K images as well as the walkthrough] and we like to do several in a day to make it worth everyones time. Do you think this approach would work for you? I am based in London but its only a short trip on the train to spend a day working on your photos so that is not a deterrent for us.
