Intranet Application(repost)

To develop a collaborative intranet web based application. The intranet will be based on the format of [[login to view URL]][1]. The application will be developed to be operated as the [[login to view URL]][1], where companies can sign up for subscription. The following modules are to developed. 1) Document Manager - [login to view URL] 2) Online Calendar - [login to view URL] 3) Task Manager - [login to view URL] 4) Database Manager - [login to view URL] 5) Discussion Forums - [login to view URL] 6) Announcements/News - [login to view URL] 7) Contact/Address Book - [login to view URL] 8) Knowledge Library - your design/features 9) Employee Directory - [login to view URL] 10) Quick Links - [login to view URL] 11) Project Space - [login to view URL] 12) FAQ's - [login to view URL] 13) RSS Reader - [login to view URL] 14) Who's Online - your design/feature 15) Any other feature you would think would be important to have in terms of collaboration etc. 16) A robust back end office - administration feature. Should be able to configure every feature of the application and also manage the customers (subscribers) etc. ## Deliverables The following guidelines are to be followed: 1) Asp & sql server. App to be installed on windows 2003 2) Lets us know any active-x or com components that will be used. We will provide the said. 3) Do not use frames. 4) We will need a proposal stating the architecture of the app and also the documentation of each module. 5) You will provide us with the front end design. The look and feel should be classic and business type. The look and feel of the application is very very important. 6) A robust and simple to understand help file...AGAIN very very important. 7) Any stop in weekly status report, we will cancel the project. Only bid if you are serious and have the time to develop the app. We will cancel the project. 8) You will use icons that look great. 9) You will have access to a web server and sql server. We will only take delivery of the project after QA testing on your server. You will develop a delivery/installation package to migrate the codes to our server. 10) On project completion, you will provide a complete detailed technical and functional documentation of the app. We will not complete the project without this either. 11) The source code will be well commented so that we it will be easy for change management. 12) Do not waste time, we are looking to work with coders that will show us demos of similar types of applications developed and will display their capabilities to complete this app professionaly. 13) For all queries you will write them in the asp page. Do not use stored procedures. 14) Should provide full support for 45 days after the app is delivered.
