Rework C# .NET Shopping Cart for Multi Language Support

***Generic or automated responses will be deleted and the coder blacklisted.*** We have a .net c# shopping cart with a SQL Server backend that is currently configured as one page with multiple regions that either hide or display to show different steps in the 'wizard'. The cart is fully functional, but currently does not allow metrics to track abandoned shopping carts. Also, because of the code design, the cart does not allow us to easily change the look and feel, including the addition of different language stylesheets (Chinese, Japanese, etc.) This is a Hospitality-related industry. You will not need to do any of the translations, but you will need to make it a lot simpler than it currently is for a semi-proficient web designer to modify the look and feel of the cart. Here are the steps currently involved in the checkout process: 1) Choose # of passengers, the service level, and Date 2) System checks availability and assigns 3) Choose Transportation 4) Pay Most functionality is driven off stored procedures, but we'd like to instead build lists in XML... example - lists of Hotels.... These do not change too often, so we would like you to write a routine that checks periodically to see if a newer result set is available, and if so... generate a replacement XML file. I know I am not revealing much, but we are looking for a top-notch C# ASP.NET with strong communication skills, and a proven ability to work with a medium sized development team. A Lorem Ipsum (gibberish) sample for demonstration purposes will do fine. 1) Complete and fully-functional working app as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition. Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's test environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
