Hi, I\\\'m in the process of building up an existing E-Zine that will have, forums, dating, personal web sites, a store for selling mp3 and digital media etc. So this will be an ongoing - long term project. I\\\'m looking for a website guru who is proficient in PHP, ASP.NET, Java, Flash and has a sense of graphic design. This person or company will charge me by the hour. I\\\'m also a software engineer and have some idea about the phases of the project. They\\\'ll finish a phase, and get paid and we\\\'ll advance to the next phase. Give me an hourly rate like I\\\'ll do this for X USD per hour etc. Interested parties will need to sign a confidentiality agreement.
