File and Folder Lock program

Hi, I need a program for (Hiding and Locking) files and/or folders and/or disks in all windows environments [ Windows 95,98,Me,Nt,2000,XP,2003 ] Basically it must be a TYPICAL clone of Folder Lock program at ([login to view URL]) Please download this program, study it, place your bid and the time you need to finish the job. - NO Big or special interface is required, minimum interface would be appreciated. Meaning you don't have to put any effort in interface/GUI.
