Simple Voice Recognition Program Needed

I need two simple voice recognition applications written to run on a Palm Powered OS 5 device using a Hidden Markov Model (HMM) or similar algorithm. I use the word 'simple' because these applications do not need to be speaker independant, and they are only short snippets of sound. Several examples of the algorithm that I would need are available in the public domain, written in C++, that are freely available on the Internet. *Run a Google search using terms like "Hidden Markov Model" and "Speech Recognition".* **Important** -Please bear in mind that because this is to be written for a Palm, you can only use libraries or add-ins that your compiler can create into a small .PRC file. (well under 1MB) -Also, I will not provide you with a compiler so you must either have your own, or use one of the free ones available in the Developers section of http:\\[login to view URL] . -**Please see the attached Word document to see exactly what I need and I what I expect.** Please indicate with your bid how much familiarity you have with Hidden Markov Algorithms and/or developing for the Palm OS. I am more than fair and will reward quality work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform These applications should be able to be compiled on a Windows based PC, and must run on all Palm OS 5 devices with microphones once compiled.
